Free parking up to 3 cars max
JasMas Properties LLC has 24/7 security with camera at the front door and a unique key code for smart lock so you do not have to track keys during your stay.
Local 7 day/365 Welcome Centre with guest services staff available 24 hrs. Windsor Hills is a gated, exclusive resort.
If you have visiting guest that you would like to have come visit, please email homeowner ASAP. If visiting guests meet criteria of what is allowed, they will be granted front gate access for allowed day. Guest will not be able to enter into Windsor Hills without being granted access by owner.
Clubhouse facilities are free to use for guests residing at the property. Wristbands should be collected at the clubhouse to use the facilities, maximum 12 wristbands are allowed for each reservation.
Getting Around: Taxi, Uber(etc.)
NO shuttle is available
Parking: No more than 3 cars are allowed at the villa. If you are bringing in RV or other large vehicles, advise the owner as permission from resort management is required prior to booking to confirm its parking spot.
Linen, Bath/Pool towels provided at no extra charge during your stay (limited number of washcloths are provided per stay due to sanitary purposes, please consider bringing your own)
NO SMOKING OR VAPING in the home or any surrounding area.
This property requires a $500 refundable Security deposit. It will be collected separately 3 days before check-in and refunded 7 days after check-out unless contacted. There are outdoor security cameras at the property.
NO PARTIES allowed. NO PETS (service dogs welcome with advanced notice, signed agreement and requested documentation.)
This is a Self-Catering property, but we provide starter items including soap, detergents, toiletries. *
Wall decor and other home furnishing may or may not be pictured due to previous guest damage or to better our home. We strive to make sure our home is always being represented with the greatest in quality care. *
House Rules
HOUSE RULES
- Maximum capacity: 12 people (including children & infants)
- This is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the home or inside the screened pool area. This includes all tobacco products, vaping, and marijuana.
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- No pets allowed
- Resort quiet hours are 10PM-8AM (EST)
- Must be at least 25 years old to book the home
- All trash must be bagged and placed inside the trash bench at the front door
SECURITY CAMERAS
Your safety matters! The Rental Property has a Ring doorbell security camera installed at the front door and a camera installed outside the lanai that captures any activity around the pool equipment. These cameras are for the security of the home and our guests. There are NO RECORDING DEVICES OR CAMERAS INSIDE THE HOME.
Windsor Hills resort has multiple security cameras throughout the property.
RESORT FACILITIES
Use of Windsor Hills resort facilities is subject to the rules and regulations of the resort. To enter the resort pool deck, you must first obtain a wristband and access code for the pool gate keypad from the Welcome Center at the Clubhouse, just give them your name and address of the home. Wristbands will only be given to registered guests.
PARKING
The resort has a maximum of three vehicles is permitted per home. The townhome has space for one vehicle in the driveway in front of the home. Up to two additional vehicles must use the overflow parking spaces located a short distance from the townhomes. No parking is allowed in the street, and the vehicle in the driveway must not block the sidewalk. Please do not use neighboring driveways.
An oversized vehicle parking lot is available for RVs and trailers. No overnight camping is permitted for RVs. These vehicles MUST be pre-approved by the resort upon booking your stay as the pre-approval of these vehicles is on a first come, first serve basis. You must register these vehicles with the Windsor Hills office to use this parking area.
CANCELLATION POLICY AND REFUNDS
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. In the event that a guest cancels a reservation, or the owner or management company must cancel the arrangements due to non-payment of the balance due within the time allowed before departure, cancellation charges will be made as follows:
- More than 60 days before check-in date: 100% refunded, minus credit card fees.
- Less than 60 days before check-in date: 100% of rental amount forfeited.
